Our staff is committed to keeping our customers as well as staff safe during these dire times. All of our staff is fully vaccinated, required to perform temperature checks, are required to wear masks. Cupid is also a certified Medical Laboratory Scientist with a specialty in Microbiology and Molecular science!!! 

Q: Where are you located?

A: Cupid's concierge serves Austin, San Antonio, and their surrounding areas. There is not a physical location.

Q: How are the bath spas performed? 

A: After we set the scene of a lush relaxing bath all you have to do is run the water at the temperature you like, and add the ready made tray of goodies to it! Our concierge team will return the next day to pick up any rental items. All items are disinfected between service.

Q: Do you decorate baby showers or gender reveal parties?
